Shortly after I booked my trip to London, I contacted my friend Fola who is currently studying in Brighton.  Fola and I worked together a couple years ago and I was eager to catch up with her.  She had no class on Fridays so I booked a train for a visit.  A few highlights from my day included all the cute coffee shops (complete with more vegan and gluten-free options than a gluten-free vegan could ever dream of), the Royal Pavilion (pictured here), the ocean and pier, and all of the neat street art decorating the hilly lanes.  Have a look at our day below!
